Nathane Jackson

Fitness has been a driving force in my life ever since I moved to the United States to attend High School. It has placed me in a position to be successful and has opened many doors for me throughout my life. My objective is to give back and become the role model that I once looked to for motivation, inspiration and support. When I am finished, I want to look back and be able to say I was a model of success for others.

I started out as a “walk on” football player back in High School in Illinois and after one year I was starting and being groomed for the Varsity team. The introduction of weight training and general fitness carried me through four years of being a multi sport athlete and allowed me to continue my athletic career for an additional four years of University basketball both in the United States and in Canada.

Once I finished University I started personal training and within one year I owned my own Personal Training business. Nathane Jackson Fitness has now taken on more of a Strength and Conditioning along with a holistic approach to health & wellness.

I am a WBFF Pro Fitness Model, and have been fortunate enough to be a consistent contender to take “First Place” in every show I enter. I have been blessed with many opportunities since my training for these events commenced but I am a huge believer of “you get out, what you put in.”

Other interests include martial arts, and continuing to hone my skills in the craft of acting! With the likes of Frank Sepe, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Frank Zane and others paving the way for me, I feel that I have the ability to carry on their successes with my own and help create a healthier future for all to enjoy!

Advice for the beginner: Be consistent. Educate yourself in every aspect of what you want to accomplish. Expect that there will be road blocks along the way but NEVER give up and work through them.

Sample diet and Supplement Plan Ex:. 1 serving BCAA ***HIT CARDIO***
Meal 1: (glass of freshly squeezed lime water before meal) 500ml egg white, 1 egg, 1 cup steel cut oatmeal cooked, 1 Fish Oil, 1 Multi, 2500mg Vitamin C, 1 scoop phytonutrients,
1 serving BCAA, 5mg glutamine
Meal 2: (post-workout): 1 scoop protein powder, 1 cup Chocolate Milk, 1 frozen banana, 2 rice cakes, teaspoon cocao nibs
Meal 3: 5oz Chicken breast, 1 yam
Meal 4: 1 can of tuna, 1 cup broccoli, salsa or mustard to taste
Meal 5: 500ml egg white, 1 egg, 1 cup red peppers & cucumber, 1 Multi Vitamin
Meal 6: 5oz Flank Steak, 1 cup spinach, 1 cup fresh vegetable mixture, 1oz cheese, 12 almonds, 1 teaspoon goji berries, 1 Tbsp flax oil, 1 Tbspn balsamic vinegar, 1 Fish Oil, 1 Multi Vitamin
